I was a previous GM hired by Bioware philippines to start the SWTOR (Start Wars The old Republic).
-Do chat/email support
-Take in customer calls
-Troubleshoot bugs and tier 1 technical issues
-Debugger
-escalate issues to tier 2 support
-Do character possession (for stuck on buggy areas)
