Are you having any errors?
Ask yourself.
Have you downloaded the latest installer?
-> phantasmro.asurahosting.com/main/download.html
Is your KRO/ Sakray Updated?
-> phantasmro.asurahosting.com/main/download.html
Is your Phantasm RO mixed with other RO files?
-> Install Phantasm RO on a different folder
-> Download this www.gamefront.com/files/7585450/Ragnarok_DLL_files
and extract it inside your Phantasm RO folder
-> Cut your data.grf and paste it to your new Phantasm RO folder.
Lastly, always make it a point to patch your Phantasm RO Patcher
