i want to suggest . kindly reduce after cast delay coz supposed to be h.r had low delay skills . or other players may end up to melee killings
like sin x sniper's . stalks. LK, sounds boring right?. i guess phantasm ro had 12m or less? coz of 700 vit depend on char's like pally or LK . what i mean s.h.r server must be fast killing . hand speed. skills will be more usefull
legit players would be liking this server if u done that
