Accound dissapeart...

[My Accound was removed]

hello i just wanted to say that my accound isn't there anymore -.-...
I have try for some days to log on the game but it everytime said that i could not log in.
At the first day i wanted to check here but there was an error that i couldn't see what's going on.
Today i saw that my characters doesn't exist any more.
I have created a new one to check- there is no other who is named like me, so it created a new one.

So what's the problem with it -.-?
I don't want to play on a server that constantly erase my account...

when it opened, i have made a accound also, and the problem is after that, it wasn't there anymore -.-'
