yes it is..but its weird that i cant see what players saying in chat box..i already check the Send all..but i still can see what the other says in chatbox only in the character it self

go to your Ragnarok Online Folder then to your data folder , and click the optioninfo folder. Once there, goto optioninfo_f if you have it, replace it with the file attatched, (If not place the file attatched in there) Attachments:

If your chat isn't working, it's probably BECAUSE of that, and replacing it should work .
